PSG assemble deal for Paul Pogba and more Man Utd transfer rumours

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is reportedly being eyed by Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the expiration of his contract at Old Trafford, according to reports.

The Frenchman will be a free agent in the summer and has been able to negotiate pre-contract terms with potential overseas suitors since January.

He recently returned to first-team action following an extended period on the sidelines, starting both games against Burnley and Southampton.

The Daily Mail are reporting that the Ligue 1 side are "assembling a lucrative" contract for the World Cup winner upon the end of his second stint at United.

The report goes on to add that Pogba has yet to rule out extending his stay at Old Trafford.

For Pogba, 28, his next deal could well be the final major contract of his career and so he will likely demand eye-watering terms.

Meanwhile, Spanish news outlet Marca, via Sport Witness, report United have offered Barcelona's Ronald Araujo a "very strong offer".

The South American has reportedly turned down a contract extension at Camp Nou with Xavi keen to keep the defender in Catalonia ahead of a busy transitional period under the legendary midfielder.

However, within the same report, Sport Witness add that Mundo Deportivo have claimed it is the Uruguay international's "will" to continue with the La Liga giants.
