Primark announces huge change to online shopping service which will impact all UK stores

Primark has announced a major change to its online shopping services which will come into effect across all UK stores. The budget-friendly retailer announced it will expand its click-and-collect services after trialing it in a select number of stores, including Manchester.

The service which allows shoppers to browse items online before choosing a day and time to pick them up in-store, is expected the be available in all of its UK stores by the end of 2025. The service is free to use but you need to spend a minimum of £10.

While the retailer is set to announce the first set of stores to receive the service soon, click-and-collect is currently available in 57 Primark stores, mainly offering women’s and children’s clothing and accessories.

Alongside this expansion, Primark will also broaden the range of products available through the online shopping service. New additions will include menswear as well as selected home and lifestyle items, joining the service that has been tested and refined during its 18-month trial phase.
