'Pretty in pink!' Amanda Holden praised for 'stunning' Barbie premiere look alongside daughter Hollie

Amanda Holden was praised by fans for her "stunning" all-pink look at the Barbie premiere in London. The Heart radio presenter - who was joined by daughter Hollie, 11 - donned a figure-hugging mini-dress.

She completed the look with strappy pink heels, a PVC clutch bag and matching satin gloves. Hollie wore a printed Dolce & Gabbana co-ord with an off the shoulder top and matching skirt.

Fans adored Amanda's Barbie-themed attire, telling her she looked "pretty in pink" in a series of photos shared to Instagram. She told followers: "What a special invite. We’re beyond excited."

The Barbie movie, based on the Mattel doll, is one of the most eagerly-awaited films of the year and also stars Issa Rae, Simu Liu and America Ferrera. It is director Greta Gerwig’s first film since her adaptation of Little Women.

The film follows Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling's Barbie and Ken as they venture beyond the safety of the Barbieland borders and into the “real world”. However, the pair become embroiled in trouble, posing for LA police department mugshots and becoming the target of a hunt led by the chief executive of a toy company, played by Will Ferrell.

Barbie will be released in UK cinemas on July 21.
