Helen Flanagan appears to have taken a leaf out of Amanda Holden's book as she took to social media with a snap of herself taking an outdoor shower on her exotic holiday. The actress ditched the UK for a week as she took her children to Barbados for a summer holiday.

The 32-year-old, who is currently co-parenting Matilda, eight, five-year-old Delilah and Charlie, two, with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair, was first seen at the airport with her brood before posting regular updates to her fans and followers on Instagram as she also enjoyed the trip with the help of a pal.

Ahead of her trip coming to an end, Helen had returned to social media with a snap of herself soaking up the last moments of her trip. The former Coronation Street star looked stunning as she stripped down to a sixties-inspired floral bikini boasting a halterneck top and jewel-tied bottoms.
