Premier League permutations on final day as Man City and Liverpool battle for title
After 37 games and countless ups and downs throughout the season, the Premier League title race comes down to the final day between Manchester City and Liverpool.
Just one point separates the two sides heading into their respective final fixtures. City take on Aston Villa at the Etihad, while Liverpool face Wolves at Anfield knowing a win may not be enough for them to secure their third trophy of the campaign.
The equation is much simpler for City. Pep Guardiola’s side know if they win against Villa, they will be crowned champions once again.

There are still plenty of outcomes possible on the final day of the season, including a potential – if improbable – play-off for the title.
