Predicted Hull KR team as big guns prepare to return against Warrington Wolves

Tony Smith will welcome back some key men for Hull KR's game against Warrington Wolves on Friday night.

Lachlan Coote is back in the 21-man squad for the first time since facing former club St Helens at the start of March, while Ryan Hall and Jez Litten are refreshed after sitting out last week's win over Leigh Centurions.

All three men will come straight back into the side this week, leaving several players facing a battle for their places.

Smith has been left with no decision to make at full-back after Will Dagger's knee injury paved the way for Coote to return.

Hall will slot straight back in on the left wing, a spot occupied by Ben Crooks in the cup clash with Leigh.

Smith managed to get Crooks a game for the first time this season and is a big fan of the 28-year-old, but it is unlikely that the Rovers head coach will break up the Sam Wood-Jimmy Keinhorst partnership on the right edge.

Like Crooks, Ethan Ryan has been left waiting for an injury or loss of form after seeing Wood and Keinhorst take their chances.

Rowan Milnes could be the man to lose his place to Jez Litten, who was rested last time out after an 80-minute effort against Catalans Dragons the previous week.

Litten may have to settle for a place on the bench, which is once again set to feature Korbin Sims, Matty Storton and Will Maher.

As well as Crooks, Ryan and Milnes, Greg Richards is likely to miss out from the original 21-man squad.

Lachlan Coote, Jimmy Keinhorst, Sam Wood, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Ryan Hall, Jordan Abdull, Mikey Lewis, Tom Garratt, Matt Parcell, George King, Kane Linnett, Frankie Halton, Elliot Minchella.
