Popular Vietnamese chain where your order is ready in three minutes to open second Greater Manchester location

A popular Vietnamese street food chain will be opening a second location in Greater Manchester featuring freshly-made banh-mi baguettes, Pho soups and curries.

HOP Vietnamese, which is based in London, opened its first venue outside of the capital at The Trafford Centre last September. Based within The Orient, the vendor aims to serve your food in three minutes and just about delivered on its promise when we visited.

Taking over the former Samsung unit on Market Street, the 3,777 sq. ft unit will serve HOP delights including bubble tea and Viet fried chicken.

Founded in 2015, HOP promises to bring the fresh and vibrant delights often served on the streets of Vietnam to the city. Its extensive - and fully customisable - menu also includes noodle salads, dumplings, and vegan
