Pontypridd emergency live updates as van seen in River Taff

Emergency services are attending an incident in Pontypridd after a van was spotted in the River Taff. Crews from South Wales Fire and Rescue Service in attendance near the White Bridge, which connects Berw Road and The Parade.

SWFRS confirmed that the incident is ongoing. A person at the scene said that South Wales Police and the Welsh Ambulance Service are also in attendance.

Traffic on Berw Road is building as the emergency services deal with the incident.
