Police release image of man they want to speak to after woman sexually assaulted on train

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted on a train to Manchester in March.

British Transport Police were called to reports of a sexual assault on board a train from Blackpool North to Manchester Airport on March 20.

Just after 8.30am on March 20, police said the victim was sexually assaulted by a man as the train left Salford Crescent station.

The force have now released an image of a man they want to speak to who they believe could help with the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact police and report it immediately.
