Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Everything We Know So Far
When Scarlet and Violet arrive on Nintendo Switch in late 2022, they will usher in the ninth generation of Pokémon.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are likely to carry the franchise ahead, expanding on the open-area advancements of Pokémon Sword and Shield and Pokémon Legends: Arceus to be the series’ first entirely open-world titles, coming very shortly after the release of Pokémon Legends: Arceus in January.
According to the official website for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the franchise “takes a new evolutionary step, enabling you to roam freely in a beautifully expressive open-world” with these releases. There are no borders between the several communities that blend perfectly into the environment.
It is great because the Pokémon of this region will be found in the air, the seas, the forests, and the streets, basically everywhere!

Even though Legends: Arceus was released earlier this year, Nintendo has announced that Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will be released on Friday, November 18th 2022.

The Pokémon Company has produced two trailers so far, describing what we may expect in Scarlet and Violet. The first is brief, but it’s jam-packed with enough details and information for us to make some educated guesses.
The second clip was more comprehensive, showcasing a fresh batch of Pokémon, including the new legendaries Koraidon and Miraidon, as well
