Philippe Clement sees REAL Rangers as he reveals Abdallah Sima winner was created before a ball was kicked

Philippe Clement insists he can now see a REAL Rangers team - as he revealed Abdallah Sima’s winner against Hearts was straight off the training ground.

The Belgian maintained his unbeaten run as Ibrox gaffer as he prepares for a huge triple header in 10 days with Dundee at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership before a trip to Seville for their final Europa League group game against Real Betis and then the Viaplay Cup final against Aberdeen at Hampden.

Sima’s 12th goal of the season was enough to take all three points at Tynecastle and ensure the Light Blues didn’t pay the price for a string of missed chances. But Clement - who lost Borna Barisic to injury on the eve of the game and Tom Lawrence during it - said: “I told them after the game in the dressing room they are fighting now, they are a team. Whoever is playing and coming in is doing the job. Everything isn’t perfect but I see a team now. I didn’t see a team a few weeks ago when I came in and when I watched the games at the beginning of the season and that makes a difference, this mentality, so we must continue with that.

“We don’t have many training moments but if you can get goals out of what you did the day before then it’s fantastic. We only had one training session to prepare for this game and the main thing we did in training was the combination that led to the goal so I’m really pleased with that.

“We made it difficult ourselves by not finishing the big chances. If you have five big chances in an away game then you should at least score three and you felt if we could have scored the second goal it would have been game over.
