Peter Crouch joins Kasabian on stage at Isle of Wight Festival in special guest appearance

Music fans at the Isle of Wight Festival were given a surprise when former England international striker Peter Crouch joined Kasabian on stage.

The 41-year-old is friends with Kasabian frontman Serge Pizzorno, and joined the Leicester-based band as they performed the song ' Fire '. Pizzorno himself is a big football fan, and has appeared in Soccer Aid matches in the past.

And in 2018, shortly after the Potters' relegation from the Premier League, he was spotted in the pit as the Leicester band played in front of thousands at that year's Isle of Wight Festival.
