However, outside excitement of becoming the first team to achieve that since Manchester United in 1999 will not die down, and the City boss is expected to be asked about it after the emphatic win over the Gunners.

Meanwhile, the manager could also be asked about an update on Nathan Ake. The defender missed the clash with Arsenal and is at risk of sitting out the Champions League first leg against Real Madrid.

Fulham are next up on Sunday, who lost to Aston Villa on Tuesday. City beat the Cottagers 2-1 in November having played 74 minutes with ten men after Joao Cancelo's red card.
