Pep Guardiola press conference LIVE Man City team news for Real Madrid Champions League fixture

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will take questions from the media this evening ahead of his side's Champions League semi-final first-leg clash with Real Madrid.

City's form has been terrific in recent months and this continued on Saturday when they beat Leeds United 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium. Guardiola's men enjoyed the best of the play with Ilkay Gundogan scoring twice.

Gundogan had the chance to secure his hat-trick with six minutes remaining but missed his spot-kick. Moments later, Rodrigo pulled one back for Sam Allardyce's men to make things interesting but the Blues saw out the victory.

Guardiola will be hoping for much of the same when his side walk out at the Bernabeu. City have bad memories of their last visit after suffering a Champions League semi-final defeat last year.
