Pep Guardiola is speaking to the media this afternoon ahead of Manchester City's Community Shield clash against Liverpool.

City travel to Leicester's King Power Stadium for the fixture on Saturday with the Blues looking to land the first blow of the season in a rivalry that once again saw the two teams battle it out for top honours right to the final game of the last campaign.

It's been a summer of change at the Etihad with Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko all leaving, and Erling Haaland, Kalvin Phillips, Julian Alvarez and Stefan Ortega arriving in Manchester.

City come off the back of two wins on their US tour over Club America and Bayern Munich, while Liverpool's pre-season has been more intensive with wins over RB Leipzig and Crystal Palace and defeats to Manchester United and RB Salzburg.
