Paul Scholes might get his Scott McTominay wish after Manchester United confirm Kobbie Mainoo injury blow

Paul Scholes hopes Manchester United keep Scott McTominay beyond this summer and the former Reds midfielder might now get his wish, following news of Kobbie Mainoo's injury.

The news is likely to affect Erik ten Hag's willingness to sell Scott McTominay, with the Dutchman cautious not to be left light going into the new campaign.
