Ospreys v Cardiff Rugby LIVE: Kick-off time, TV channel and score updates

Wales prop Keiron Assiratti has returned from injury to boost Cardiff for today's Welsh derby against the Ospreys at the Brewery Field in Bridgend.

Assiratti has recovered from a calf injury and is one of five changes to the side which narrowly beat the Dragons on Boxing Day. New Wales cap Danny Southworth comes into the starting XV to join Assiratti in the front-row, while George Nott starts at lock, Alun Lawrence comes in at No 8 and Johan Mulder wears the number nine jersey.

Wales' capital city club are able to put out a strong back-line with Cam Winnett, Josh Adams and Mason Grady forming a dangerous back-three, while Harri Millard and Ben Thomas are the centres.

South African scrum-half Mulder and Callum Sheedy are the half-backs.

Up-front Liam Belcher captains the side from hooker with Josh McNally and Nott in the second-row, while Alex Mann and Dan Thomas join Lawrence in the backrow.

Cardiff are flying the flag for Wales in the United Rugby Championship this season and a victory this afternoon will catapult them onto the top of the league.

The Ospreys are still without Wales prop Gareth Thomas who has a calf injury but are still able to select a strong pack of forwards.

Garyn Phillips, Sam Parry and Tom Botha form a strong front-row, with Rhys Davies and Ryan Smith at lock.

James Ratti, Harri Deaves and Morgan Morris form a dynamic backrow.

Kieran Hardy and Dan Edwards are the half-backs with Keiran Williams and Owen Watkins linking up in midfield.

Jack Walsh, Iestyn Hopkins and Keelan Giles form a dangerous back-three, while Wales captain Dewi Lake has been named on the replacements' bench.

Kick-off is at 5.30pm with the game live on BBC ScrumV and Premier Sports.
