Swansea City entertain Blackburn Rovers at the Swansea.com Stadium this evening in Championship action.

Vitor Matos' side had to settle for a share of the spoils last time out following their 1-1 draw with Birmingham City. The Portuguese has overseen an uptick in performances and results since his arrival in SA1 and he will hope to get back to winning ways against Rovers.

“We are going in the right direction, I am really happy with the boys and the tenacity and character they are putting on the pitch," he said ahead of the game.

“They are resilient and they, along with the fans and the staff, are really buying into the idea of how we want to play."

Tonight's visitors have had a difficult first half of the campaign and currently sit in 20th place, five points behind Swansea. Matos' men will be eyeing three points on home soil but can they achieve it?
