Omari Forson hint and other things spotted in Manchester United training ahead of Fulham clash

Manchester United have been dealt a number of injury blows ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash against Fulham at Old Trafford.

Last weekend, despite picking up a huge three points against Luton Town, Erik ten Hag lost Luke Shaw to another injury with the left-back now confirmed to miss an extended period. Rasmus Hojlund was the star of the show in the victory at Kenilworth Road but his superb recent run of form is set to be interrupted with the young striker suffering a muscular injury.

"It's a small injury, two to three weeks, that's what happened," the United manager told reporters in his Friday press conference. "That is the risk playing high intensity, training; it's not a big injury, but he has to wait now for two-three weeks." The absence of the Denmark international will also likely see a reshuffle in attack with the latest set of training images hinting at his replacement in the starting XI.

New training images could have confirmed the first Manchester United starter to face Fulham in the Premier League. Hojlund's muscle injury will see him miss out and while Antony would be the expected replacement, it could actually be 19-year-old Omari Forson that comes in.
