Southgate has changed formation during the tournament but has only tinkered with swapping personnel. All 26 players are available for selection now that Luke Shaw is back fit.

I'm not sure I would. Luke Shaw for Kieran Trippier seems the most sensible change, although England were considerably worse in the second half of their semi-final after that substitution so Southgate will have to assess both in training.

The only other real question lingers around Harry Kane, but Ollie Watkins still feels better as an impact sub and it would be an enormous gamble to hand Ivan Toney his first start of the tournament in a final.
