Oasis Heaton Park LIVE: Traffic advice issued as tens of thousands of fans head to Manchester show - latest updates

Tonight marks the third Oasis show in Manchester of the year - and it'll be their first midweek show on their Live '25 tour.

Announced last summer, the reunion tour has generated a huge buzz and nostalgia from fans around the world desperate to see Liam and Noel Gallagher back in action and on the stage together after nearly 16 years apart.

Following two shows in Cardiff at the start of the month, the boys were joined by Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs, Gem Archer, Andy Bell, and Joey Waronker as they kick-started their five nights at Heaton Park at the weekend with shows on Friday and Saturday.

Tonight (July 14) will be their first midweek show in Manchester and, as expected, will cause some disruption to travel across the city centre as fans will be heading to Heaton Park during rush hour. Fans have been told to use public transport when possible, with dedicated tram services and shuttle buses operating regularly to help fans get to and from the venue safely.

During Friday's show, some fans faced long waits at Victoria Station for a tram towards Heaton Park but an effective queuing system was put in place to cause minimal disruptions to other passengers. Despite these reports, transport bosses said that services went 'without a hitch' during the first two shows.

Doors for today's show will open from 3pm, and the gig is expected to finish no later than 10.30pm. Oasis will once again be supported by Cast and Richard Ashcroft this evening.
