Oasis ballot LIVE as fans try to buy tickets for new Wembley Stadium dates

Oasis fans are waking up on Sunday morning and finding out whether or not they are able to take part in the ticket ballot for the extra Wembley Stadium dates.

The band confirmed on Saturday night that selected fans would receive invitations overnight to enter the 'private' ticket ballot for the two new London dates.

To be eligible fans needed to have logged in to their Ticketmaster UK account last Saturday and queued up and tried to buy tickets without success.

Fans who enter the ballot may then receive a code to allow them to buy tickets for the extra shows. They have been warned that entry to the ballot does not guarantee a code for tickets.

Pricing for the two new dates has not been released but ahead of the original pre-sale last Friday, listings on See Tickets showed standing would cost around the £150 mark, while seated tickets ranged from £73 to around £205.

It comes after tickets for the band's original 17 date tour sold out last week, with many fans left disgruntled at missing out having waited in online queues for hours. Many also faced paying double for tickets after 'dynamic pricing' was introduced.
