Liverpool’s incredible 2021/22 season saw them finish as FA Cup and Carabao Cup winners, while falling just short of a historic quadruple.

Manchester City‘s unstoppable form saw them once again clinch the Premier League title, while Real Madrid beat the Reds in the Champions League final to clinch Europe’s top club prize for a 14th time.

And while many were quick to bash Liverpool for their failure to capture the two major prizes, nobody can deny just how excellent a campaign it was from Jurgen Klopp’s side, again.

Seriously, the levels that have been unlocked between Liverpool in recent years is insane. And it’s even more astonishing knowing that their nauseating Premier League points tallies over the last several years has only yielded one title.
