Nottingham Forest make big transfer breakthrough for £15m Liverpool star
Nottingham Forest have reportedly agreed personal terms with Wales star Neco Williams.
City Ground boss Steve Cooper has been tracking the full-back for sometime and is a firm admirer of the 21-year-old. The pair worked together at Liverpool during the head coach's time at the club in the youth ranks.
Williams has been deemed surplus to requirements at Anfield since the arrival of Calvin Ramsey from Aberdeen, who has been brought in to provide first-choice right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold with competition.
