Nicola Peltz defended by fans as her outfit for meeting in-laws David and Victoria Beckham sparks debate

Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz were all smiles as they were joined by his parents David and Victoria to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. The loved-up pair beamed as they posed with the proud parents as Brooklyn, 24, held what appeared to be a large cake adorned with snaps of the couple.

Spice Girl and world-renowned fashion designer Victoria, 48, looked chic in a simple grey T-shirt and blue jeans with trademark toweing heels in electric blue. Manchester United footballing legend David, 47, donned a pristine white T-shirt and dark trousers with loafers for the get-together.

Brooklyn wore an off-white ensemble of T-shirt and rolled-up trousers with orange sliders worn over socks and American actress Nicola, 28, embraced the Easter colour palette in pretty floral mini shorts.
