Newsboy’s horseracing tips for Tuesday’s four meetings, including Huntingdon Nap
MOSTLY SUNNY (6.40, nap) is expected to shine for Dan Skelton at Huntingdon in the My Pension Expert Your Trusted Advisers Maiden Hurdle on Tuesday.
The five-year-old was a useful handicapper on the Flat for Heather Main, winning a Class 4 race at Kempton in January over a mile and a half before being sold for 32,000gns.
On his hurdles debut for Skelton at Southwell over two miles a fortnight ago, the son of Zarak travelled well and was strongly in contention before making a bad mistake at the last.
My selection then rallied gamely in the last 110 yards but failed by a half a length to reel in Aquitaine Boy.
With that experience under his belt, he should take all the beating in the hands of Harry Skelton, granted a decent round of jumping.
At Brighton, course-and-distance winner STREET PARADE (2.20, nb) is fancied to take the Bet £10 Get £10 At Yeeehaaa.Bet Handicap.
The Michael Attwater trainee was a decent second of 10 in a handicap over this course and distance 12 days ago, staying on well to finish behind Hannah’s Return but ahead of one of today’s rivals I’m Mable.
The eight-year-old should be there or thereabouts again under William Carson.
