NBA 2K23 is almost here, so get ready to hear the squeaky noises that come from sneakers when players jostle one another on the floor.
NBA fans will be pleased that the franchise is making a comeback with new features, a revised roster, and improved game modes.
One of the most liked game modes is MyTeam, which lets you create your squad from the ground up, taking it from a group of just rookie players to one that includes every famous legend in basketball history.
If you play this mode online or just want to compete against friends who have the game on other consoles, you’ll want to know if NBA 2K23 crossplay enables cross-platform matchmaking.

Although NBA 2K has been released over the years on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam), the series still does not enable crossplay across various platforms or PC.
However, MyTeam offers a cross-progression capability that supports PlayStation 4, Xbox One, andXboxSeries X|S platform generations, as well as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Understandably, many in the NBA 2K community are requesting the functionality to be included given that FIFA and MLB The Show and other well-known sports video game series offer cross-platform play.
NBA 2K23 is expected to be released on 9th September 2022. Fans will be able to pre-order NBA 2K23 and all of its special versions
