National League TV channel and live stream details as FA rule decision made for Non-League Day

The 3pm blackout rule has been suspended for Non-League Day as every National League game prepares to be showed live on DAZN.

With the Premier League and Championship taking a pause due to March's international break, non-league football is grasping centre stage this afternoon.

There are no matches in the top two tiers of English football this weekend, and although several fixtures remain in League One and League Two, some have been called off due to international call-ups.

The same cannot be said about the non-league pyramid, however.

There is a full fixture list available in the National League, the fifth tier. Sutton United host Dagenham & Redbridge first up at 12:30pm - a game fans can watch live on DAZN.

Ten matches are scheduled to kick-off at 3pm, including Oldham Athletic's mouthwatering encounter against FC Halifax Town, and those fixtures are going to be broadcast live on DAZN.

Introduced in 1960, the blackout rule prohibits any games taking place at 3pm on a Saturday from being broadcast live on UK television. As most games take place at this time, this prevents the vast majority of fixtures from being shown to a domestic British audience - including matches in non-league - though the rule is lifted on international breaks with other windows open to broadcasters.

As well as every National League fixture on Saturday, three National League North/South matches are also going to be shown live. Scunthorpe United's game against Chester, Torquay United's clash with Bath City and Dorking Wanderers' trip to Boreham Wood
