Nancy Dell'Olio breaks down in tears over final conversation with Sven Goran Eriksson on GMB

Nancy Dell'Olio broke into tears as she recalled her final conversation with former partner Sven Goran Eriksson before his death. The former England manager tragically died aged 76 this week after being diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer.
