Earlier, Mumbai Indians (MI) pacer Ashwini Kumar picked up four wickets on his IPL debut, as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) were bundled out for just 116 in 16.2 overs in their IPL 2025 clash at the Wankhede Stadium on Monday. Ashwani dismissed Ajinkya Rahane with his very first ball.
KKR were reduced to 45/5 after seven overs, and failed to recover. MI captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl against KKR.
