MotoGP Mandalika Tickets Now Available at Minimarkets

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tickets of prestigious 2022 MotoGP events in Mandalika, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), are now available for purchase offline at various minimarkets and outlets starting Tuesday, Jan. 11.

The category of world-class races tickets includes VIP Hospitality Suites Deluxe Class, Premium Grandstand, Standard Grandstand and General Admission.

“This offline ticket sale complements the online sales channel that has been open since last Thursday and will make it easier for racing lovers to get tickets to watch MotoGP,” said Vice President Director of the Mandalika Grand Prix Association, Cahyadi Wanda, in a written statement, Monday.

Cahyadi was optimistic that tickets could be sold faster. “The optimism is evident from the high public interest in buying tickets and is reflected in the current trend of ticket sales,” he added.

Tickets for the Indonesian Grand Prix which will be held on March 18-20 are set at Rp115,000-Rp431,250. The ticket prices for March 19 start from Rp287,500-Rp1,150,000, while for March 20 are set at Rp575,000-Rp1,725,000.

The organizers also provide weekend pass packages for Saturday and Sunday from the three categories, starting from Rp805,000 to Rp2,587,000.

For the VIP Hospitality Suites category, 3-day pass tickets are sold from Rp10,000,000 to Rp15,000,000.

Based on sales data on Monday, MGPA has sold 4,529 tickets consisting of 2,738 daily tickets, 773 weekend passes, and 1,018 3-day passes.

900 most expensive tickets, namely the VIP Hospitality Suite Premier Class, set at Rp15 million, were sold out on the first day of sale on January 6.
