Motherwell Premiership clash at St Johnstone has a new date for fans
Motherwell's Premiership clash with St Johnstone will take place next month, having been postponed due to Storm Babet at the weekend.
While the McDiarmid Park pitch may have been playable, torrential rain that hit parts of Scotland meant that travel was advised against, and the game was postponed 24 hours in advance.
A new date of Tuesday, November 7, has been set for the game in Perth, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
All tickets bought for the original fixture on Saturday, October 21, will remain valid for the game.
Motherwell were to be involved in their first game back since the international break and hoped to break a run of four straight defeats in the Premiership.
That now moves on to Saturday's visit by Ross County, with Motherwell inviting season ticket-holders to bring a friend for £5, and there will also be a family fun day at Fir Park featuring giant inflatables, face painting and more.
