Motherwell defender 'set for' season-long loan at Premiership rivals
Motherwell defender Ricki Lamie looks set to join Premiership rivals Dundee in a season-long loan.
Lamie, 30, who is returning from long-term injury, has been given permission to sign for the Dens Park club this season, after they reignited their interest.
The former Livingston star agreed a pre-contract with Dundee last year, but in April performed a u-turn after the Tayside club were relegated to the Championship and boss Mark McGhee left.
He then signed a contract extension at Motherwell under then-boss Graham Alexander that ties him there until next summer.
However, Lamie is free to leave Fir Park at the moment so that boss Stuart Kettlewell can bring players in as he bids to strengthen his squad ahead of the transfer window's closure.
