Mohamed Salah all smiles as Egypt train for Afcon final vs Senegal - in pictures
Mohamed Salah looked in a relaxed mood as he took part in training with Egypt as the Pharaohs prepared to face Senegal in the Africa Cup of Nations final on Sunday.
Salah has helped inspire Egypt's run to the final, though he was not needed in the penalty shootout win over Afcon hosts Cameroon in Thursday's semi-final, with goalkeeper Gabaski the hero with two saves.
Salah joined teammates as they fine-tined their preparations to face Senegal at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde.
Egypt coach Carlos Queiroz, whose red card in the semi-final against Cameroon means he will be banned from the touchline for Sunday's final, passed on some final instructions to his players look to make history.
Salah will be looking to guide Egypt to a record-extending eighth Afcon title and first since last lifting the title in 2010.
The Liverpool forward, 29, has scored only twice in open play at Afcon 2021, netting the winner in the Pharaohs' 1-0 victory over Guinea-Bissau in the group stage and the opener in the 2-1 quarter-final win over Morocco.
He smashed home the winning penalty in the last-16 penalty shootout victory over Ivory Coast.
