Mike Tyson's response to Jake Paul $5m bet with a painful twist speaks volumes

Jake Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, has disclosed that boxing legend Mike Tyson has yet to respond to his $5million (£3.85m) offer ahead of their anticipated showdown next month. Earlier this month, 'The Problem Child' made a sensational offer to Tyson, promising him a hefty sum if he can survive until the fourth round of their bout.

In a video posted on his gambling site Betr's Tik Tok page, Paul was seen lounging shirtless on a sofa, stacking money on his faux belly. "Mikey, Mikey, if you can last more than four rounds with me, I'll give you an extra $5 million,'' the social media star declared.

However, there was a slight catch in his offer. The 27-year-old stated that if Tyson couldn't last more than four rounds, he would need a permanent reminder of his defeat to the youngster. He added: "But, if you don't, then you have to get a tattoo that says I love Jake Paul. Deal or no deal?"

When asked about the bet and whether Tyson had responded to the offer in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Paul said: "I think I TKO or KO him in rounds four or five. But yeah, he hasn't responded to the bet and I don't think he probably will. I think he's locked-in in war mode."

Paul has once again taken to social media to tease his opponent, despite the anticipation building up since the fight's announcement. Last month saw Paul share a tongue-in-cheek video where he hoisted mock weights while donning what seemed to be a suit mimicking a large belly.
