Mika Biereth uses Arsenal rule to fuel ultimate desire as Motherwell star insists he doesn't fear a 'b*********'

Arsenal’s giant Brazilian defender Gabriel smashed him on his first day at training.

But it didn’t stop Mika Biereth going back for more. And it’s that attitude he believes will one day get him in Mikel Arteta’s first team at the Emirates. The 20-year-old striker is on loan at Motherwell, with Gunners academy chief Per Mertesacker monitoring his every move. Of course my No.1 objective is to get into their first team. But maybe I’ll get a move somewhere else, whether that’s another loan or permanent. Going a level below at 20 years old wouldn’t be a massive failure. Flo had to move on. He’s 22 but we played together for the Under-21s at Arsenal.

“He went to Middlesbrough, Reims and now Monaco. His rise has been really quick. He’s a great
