Michelle Keegan admits 'fear' as she confirms next career move amid Fool Me Once success
Michelle Keegan has opened up about the 'panic' she feels when finishing a project as she gave an update on her next career move. The actress is currently receiving plaudits for her performance in Netflix's new thriller, Fool Me Once.
The series sees Michelle, 36, take on the role of lead character Maya Stern. The eight-part thriller, the latest Netflix adaptation of one of best-selling author Harlan Coben's books. landed on the streaming service on New Year's Day after Michelle spent much of last year filming the series across Manchester and Cheshire before its much-anticipated release.
It has since been revealed that Fool Me Once has debuted at number one on the global English TV list with 37.1 million views in its first week and reached the Top 10 in 91 countries. Michelle recently shared how the response has left her feeling like she's 'dreaming'.

Alongside a string of images showing Netflix's international 'top 10' charts as well as pictures of Harlan promoting the series in America, the former Coronation Street star recently wrote on Instagram: "Number 1 in the world & in more than 60 countries. I feel like I’m in a dream right now."
She added: "Thank you to every single person who has reached out or messaged me re ‘Fool Me Once’ i promise you I read them all Over the moon that you’ve enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed making it. It’s been a very very special week @netflix @netflixuk."
