Michael Beale snubbed his best Rangers XI as expert pinpoints 'talented' new signing that can turn it round

Michael Beale never used his best Rangers XI before he got the sack – and didn't help himself by refusing to unleash Sam Lammers in his best position.

That's according to former Ibrox scout Neil Murray who's urged Steven Davis to unleash the Dutch striker as a No.10 and reap the rewards. But they’ve come here for significant amounts of money. So all that feeds into the frenzy, I suppose, of people asking if they’re good enough or saying it a mistake to sign them.”

Finding the balance between the new strikers will be high on Steven Davis' agenda as he takes interim charge but Murray isn't sure whether they have
