Michael Beale Rangers presser in full as he sets final transfer demand to complete summer rebuild
Michael Beale has side-stepped talk of revenge ahead of Rangers' major showdown with PSV - as he wishes Malik Tillman well in all but the next two tussles.
The Ibrox boss negotiated his side through a Champions League third round qualifier against Servette and now comes head-to-head with the side they eliminated at the play-off stage last term. One of the stars of last term at Ibrox, Malik Tillman, had a loan with obligation to buy clause scrapped by Bayern Munich in the summer and now is poised for a dramatic return to Glasgow on the side of PSV.
There's been talk of revenge in the Dutch air and with well-wishes to his former playmaker, all Beale is focusing on is getting his side through. He said: "Two things on that. The agreement was in place before I came in terms of how it was structured. We stuck to our side of the agreement. Quite frustratingly, Bayern stuck to their side and did the buy-back that they had.
"Malik knows that outside of the games against Rangers that he has got our full support. He was fantastic for us. I spoke to him a lot over the summer. He is just back from a long-term injury and I think it is a good move for him. We wish him well, outside of these games obviously.
"They are a very good team ad have invested in the squad heavily. I am not so sure on the things around revenge, it's two different coaches and it's a lot of changes in personnel in both teams."
Beale has also provided a transfer update. A host of new players have arrived as part of his rebuild but the target now will be a player who can make a starting XI improvement, with outgoings more likely.
He added: "It is likely to be more outs than ins just because of the size of the squad. The board has invested well from January
