Micah Richards Bursts Out Laughing After Roy Keane Vents About Man United, It's TV Gold

He wasn't happy with the manner of the defeat, bemoaning the lack of intent when running back to defend and said 'five or six' players shouldn't be playing for the club.

Keane said: "Man United gave up and in a derby, in any game, it’s unforgivable - I can forgive mistakes, but not running back, not trying to tackle - there are players out there who shouldn't play for Manchester United again.

"There is no hiding place in top-level sport. We've all lost football matches but it's the way they've lost it. You expect them surely to play with a bit of pride but that's a reflection of where the team is at the moment."

Ultimately, Keane said the Man United players on the pitch 'gave up' in a damning assessment.

Sky Sports presenter Dave Jones then went to Richards, who exploded with a trademark laugh after Keane's evaluation.

The ex-Man United captain's face said it all. As for the former Man City defender, he agreed with his fellow pundit's analysis and even suggested Keane should take over from Ralf Rangnick.

Man United drop out of the top four following Arsenal's win earlier in the day. They beat Watford 3-2 to move into fourth place for the first time in two months.

Rangnick's side face another big test when they resume their league campaign, as they host Tottenham next Saturday.
