Met Office UK weather map shows when snow will hit parts of UK this week
More snow is expected to hit parts of the UK at the weekend, according to the Met Office weather forecast.
This forecast comes after the UK has experienced a mild weekend, with temperatures getting a bit colder at the start of this week.
The Met Office has predicted there will be "colder, showery and windy conditions" on Saturday, with some snow forecast to hit parts of the north of England.

Met Office Deputy Chief Meteorologist, Chris Bulmer, said: “At this time is looks like the unsettled conditions will continue into the weekend with a deep low-pressure system probably crossing the UK into Saturday bringing strong winds and rain to some areas.
"Weather warnings will be issued as the details of the developments and hazards become clearer.
"Given the potential for disruption from this system it is important to keep up to date with the latest forecast."
It looks like parts of Scotland will experience some snowfall overnight on Friday and into Saturday morning including areas such as Edinburgh, Fort William and Loch Rannoch.
Most of the UK will experience a spell of wet and windy weather going into the weekend, with mainly mild temperatures.
There are currently no weather warnings in place, but there are still some active flood warnings following the torrential rain from Storms Bert and Conall in the south of England.
The Met Office's long-range weather forecast now reaches Christmas, and they can now reveal that there is a chance of wintry showers over Christmas and New Year. There will be a more details forecast closer to the time.
