Martinez decision, Casemiro doubt - predicted Manchester United line-up vs Brentford

Manchester United return to Premier League action this weekend when they travel to face Brentford.

The Reds make the trip to West London in their first match after the March international break. United will be determined to get the three points against the Bees at the Gtech Community Stadium in their quest to secure a top-four finish.

Erik ten Hag's side are currently sixth in the Premier League table and are nine points adrift of fourth-placed Aston Villa with a game in hand. Qualification for the Champions League is still the ambition for United, with 10 top-flight fixtures left to play. The immediate priority will be looking to claim an important victory against Brentford on Saturday night.

Ten Hag may be forced to be without several key players through injury for the game. One player who could return is Lisandro Martinez.

The Argentina international has missed the majority of the season through injury, with the latest being a knee problem that has kept him out since February. However, Ten Hag admitted that he hopes to have Martinez back available for the game against Brentford, but a start may be too soon given the lengthy spell on the sidelines in recovery.

Luke Shaw, Anthony Martial and Tyrell Malacia remain unavailable through injury for United. There are also doubts over the fitness of Casemiro, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford going into the weekend.
