Manchester United USA tour 2023: Borussia Dortmund fixture announced, ticket details

Manchester United's pre-season tour is taking shape after the second fixture of the summer visit to the USA was announced.

United will visit Las Vegas on July 30 for a match against German giants Borussia Dortmund, with two more matches expected to be announced in due course. United have already confirmed a game against Wrexham in San Diego on July 25.

It will be the eighth time the club has visited America over the last two decades, and here is the latest on the club's pre-season plans:

United will face Wrexham in San Diego on July 25 and the play Dortmund in Vegas on July 30. Further specifics have yet to be announced but more matches will be added to the schedule. The Premier League confirmed in November that the 2023/24 season starts on 12 August, and the tour will take place in July, with United set to return to Manchester in early August to ramp up their preparations for the new season.

Well we know Wrexham and Dortmund are on the agenda but remaining opponents have not yet been confirmed. Several European clubs are set to be Stateside this summer. Arsenal have confirmed they are playing an MLS All-Stars team coached by Wayne Rooney in the summer and will likely play more matches across the pond, while Inter Milan and Barcelona are other clubs linked with an American trip.
