Manchester United transfer news RECAP United 'target' Nunez as Rangnick hits back at Van Gaal

Manchester United are back in action in the Premier League today, but they look as though they will be without their usual talisman up front.

United turn their attentions back to their battle for fourth following the international break as they take on Leicester at Old Trafford this evening, although Cristiano Ronaldo looks likely to miss out.

Should Ronaldo miss out, it will leave Rangnick with a decision to make as to who leads his attack, with Edinson Cavani also out injured. One option could see Bruno Fernandes playing as a false nine again, with the 27-year-old looking to top off a fine week after guiding his country to World Cup qualification, before signing a new deal to keep him at Old Trafford until 2026.
