Manchester United transfer news RECAP Man Utd make appointment, Jurrien Timber and Nunez latest

Manchester United began the week without Ralf Rangnick following the weekend's surprise announcement.

In transfer news, theManchester Evening News revealed on Monday that United are keeping tabs on Arnaut Danjuma ahead of the summer transfer window, but a move for the Villarreal star remains unlikely under Erik ten Hag.

United are still fond admirers of the Dutch winger a year after he was considered as an alternative to Jadon Sancho and he has a €45million release clause which can be activated this summer.
