Manchester United will be hoping to progress to the semi-finals of the Europa League when they face Sevilla in the second-leg of their quarter-final showdown at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium tonight.

United, who knocked Real Betis out in the last round of the competition, blew a two-goal lead in last Thursday's first-leg, conceding two late goals, meaning there is nothing to split the two sides ahead of kick-off in Spain. Marcel Sabitzer netted a first-half brace for United before own-goals from Tyrell Malacia and Harry Maguire earned Sevilla an unlikely draw.

Despite suffering late disappointment in M16, United bounced back with a comfortable 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, meaning they have travelled to Spain with confidence flowing through their veins.

Manager Erik ten Hag held his pre-match press conference last night, confirming that the likes of Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford could be involved. They are part of the 21-man squad that has travelled to Seville and decisions will be made on them ahead of kick-off to decide whether or not they will start.

Elsewhere, as revealed by the Manchester Evening News yesterday, United have held talks with the representatives of Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong. Ten Hag is a fan of the Netherlands international and is keen on the idea of adding him to his squad.
