After weeks of inactivity, Manchester United look set to seal their first transfers of the Erik ten Hag era.

The Manchester Evening News previously reported that deals in principle had been agreed for Tyrell Malacia and Frenkie de Jong. And it now seems the club are closing out those deals.

Malacia looks set to become Ten Hag’s first signing while De Jong is close to sealing his own switch from Barcelona.

Christian Eriksen has reportedly held positive talks with United albeit the playmaker is biding his time by assessing the Ten Hag’s transfer activity before making a firm decision.

Meanwhile, the club have reportedly been in contact with Lisandro Martinez over a transfer. Ten Hag is now turning his attention to other targets as his rebuild continues.
