Manchester United were unable to get back to winning ways on Tuesday as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Burnley.

Paul Pogba rifled in the opener and it easily could have been 3-0 if it weren't for United seeing two goals controversially chalked off.

The same old frailties would haunt United once again after the break, however, as Burnley came out fighting and levelled shortly afterwards through Jay Rodriguez.

United toiled away but couldn't find a winner and have now slipped out of the top four after West Ham were victorious at Watford.

Arsenal and Tottenham now also have the chance to move level on points with them, with games in hand, this week after what could be a costly two dropped points.
