Manchester United transfer news LIVE Antony close to completing move and Martin Dubravka latest

Manchester United are on the brink of completing the €100million signing of Brazilian international Antony from Ajax.

The winger, who has been a leading target for United throughout the summer, visited United's Carrington training base after arriving in England from the Netherlands during Monday afternoon.

His arrival at Old Trafford will take United's tally of new additions this summer to five, following the earlier captures of Lisandro Martinez, Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen and Casemiro. United, though, are not expected to stop at Antony ahead of the transfer window closing at 11pm on Thursday evening.

United also want Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka and he is set to be drafted in to provide some healthy competition for David de Gea between the sticks. Uncertainty also continues to surround the future of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Napoli are interested in signing him ahead of the window closing and are pushing to get a deal done. Meanwhile, Birmingham City are interested in re-signing former loanee Tahith Chong, meaning a busy end to the window could be on the cards at Old Trafford.

According to a report by The Athletic, Manchester United have 'turned down' approaches from both Crystal Palace and West Ham United to sign right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
