Manchester United set to make Sergej Milinkovic-Savic 'super offer' and other rumours
Manchester United face competition from Paris Saint-Germain in the race for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as both clubs look to make a 'super offer' for the Serbian, according to reports.
United have been linked with a host of midfielders since the January transfer window but reports of Milinkovic-Savic potentially moving to Old Trafford have been around for a good few years. With a new manager on the verge of arriving at the club, the United rebuild could start in the summer with the hierarchy already identifying the midfield as the "biggest problem", the Manchester Evening News reported in January.
It has been said that the Milinkovic-Savic deal could fund around six or seven new signings for Maurizio Sarri. The report comes from La Repubblica (via Lazio News 24), who say that both United and PSG are ready to put a bid of €70m (£58.5m) on the table.

Meanwhile, Amad's loan spell could be about to end prematurely, according to Football Insider sources. The Ivorian made a late cameo in Rangers' resounding 4-0 win over St. Mirren on Sunday but saw a gilt-edged opportunity go begging.
It was his fourth appearance for Rangers and his first since early March. The highly-rated youngster's loan spell started brightly after scoring the opener on his debut in a 3-3 draw with Ross County, but since then the move hasn't gone to plan and he could be on his way back to Old Trafford.
